Location: Winter Park, FL (Aloma Ave between Goldenrod and SR 436)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Incentive Pay

We are currently seeking a Licensed 440 Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our team and support our mission of delivering reliable and responsive insurance services.

Position Summary:
The Client Services Representative plays a key role in supporting both new and existing clients, providing expert assistance with personal lines insurance such as Auto, Homeowners, Flood, and other coverage as needed. This is a full-time, in-office position with a competitive base salary and incentive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients via phone, email, and in person
  • Assist clients with policy inquiries, quotes, changes, renewals, and billing questions
  • Service personal lines of insurance, including Auto, Home, Flood, and other products
  • Review and process documentation in accordance with agency procedures
  • Ensure client files are accurate and updated in the database system
  • Educate clients on coverage options and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Support agency growth goals by assisting with retention and new business initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall agency operations
Requirements:
  • Must hold an active Florida 440 Insurance License (Customer Representative License)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in insurance customer service or a related role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products (Auto, Home, Flood, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
