We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Winter Park location. Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients and will provide critical support to our Vice President and broader team through a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally
  • Greet and assist clients as they arrive at the office
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain and update client records in the database system
  • Assist with preparing reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Support the Vice President with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Ensure the reception area and work spaces remain clean and organized
  • Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Prior administrative or office experience strongly preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
Schedule & Compensation:
  • Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
  • Monday through Friday (schedule may vary depending on position type)
  • Competitive pay based on experience
