Position Overview
The Sales Manager plays a vital role in driving sales revenue and implementing effective sales strategies in collaboration with the Director of Sales. This position focuses on generating revenue through room bookings, event hosting, food and beverage (if applicable), and related services.
The Sales Manager will oversee client relationships, meet and exceed revenue goals, and coordinate all activities related to the sales function—ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and profitability.
This role works closely with the Director of Sales to help achieve business objectives and meet or exceed planned revenue goals, including RevPAR, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
  • Assist the Director of Sales with forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership ability with experience managing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
