Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team in Sanford, FL. This is an on-site, full-time, commission-only position. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage lending and a strong understanding of the industry. Leads and training are provided to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process residential and commercial real estate loan applications
- Meet with clients to assess their financial status, credit, and loan eligibility
- Recommend loan approvals in accordance with company guidelines and regulations
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state lending laws
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and closings
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in Mortgage Lending
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage industry standards and underwriting practices
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Active State of Florida Mortgage Loan Officer License required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred but NOT required
- Ability to work on-site in Sanford, FL
