Norton N. Bonaparte, Jr. has serves as the City Manager of Sanford, Florida since September 2011. The City Manager is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the Mayor and City Commission. As the City’s chief administrative officer, he is responsible for overseeing all city operations, which includes a $174 million budget, and over 540 employees.

Prior to Sanford, Mr. Bonaparte served as the city manager of Topeka, Kansas, Plainfield, New Jersey, Camden, New Jersey, Willingboro, New Jersey and Glenarden, Maryland.

Mr. Bonaparte holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University's Graduate School of Business and is a graduate of Harvard University’s Senior Executives in State and Local Government Program.

I founded Royal Support Services in 1996 as a Customer Service company and around 2006 added Engagement Marketing. I have owned several companies and can empathize with owners and managers on their marketing needs.

In 2008, a tragic accident resulted in a four-year prison sentence, giving Aura firsthand experience with the immense struggles of reentry. Her journey of reinvention, fueled by education and 12-step programs, led to her restoration—reuniting her with her family, rebuilding her career, and reclaiming her dignity, all made possible with the support of others. Aura's passion is to uplift and empower other women.Aura's commitment is evident in her two transitional homes, which provide a safe haven for up to 22 women. Additionally, she operates "Angels Second Chance Boutique," a unique space that offers more than just clothing; it's a place where many find hot meals, free apparel, and crucial support when they can't afford basic necessities. Aura's life is a powerful testament to the possibility of restoration, and her mission is to freely share the transformative tools she has gained.
