After many months in the works, Fulton Park Townhomes in Downtown Sanford are ready to break ground! Please join Fulton Park for the groundbreaking ceremony Thursday, January 13. The event begins at 11:00 AM. The lot is located at 200 W 1st St, Sanford, FL 32771.
The townhome development consists of three models Elm, Magnolia, and Cypress. All three models include three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The units average 2,000 square feet, with an average of 1,600 under air.
