Event Description:

Flat and Fast 3.10 mile course in Historic Downtown Sanford along the gorgeous Lake Monroe waterfront.  Individuals and Company Teams are encouraged to run or walk this chip-timed 5k benefiting the Kids House where they focus on child abuse prevention and intervention.

This evening run/walk starts at 3:30pm with a Kid's fun run and the chip-timed 5k starts at 4:00pm. You will receive a race bib with Timing Chip, race shirt and medal!
