Call for entries: The 2016 Sanford Historic Trust "Images of Sanford" Calendar

Call for entries for the 2016 Sanford Historic Trust Calendar Grab your camera and join the second annual challenge to illustrate the homes of Sanford in a 2016 calendar sponsored by the Sanford Historic Trust. Thirteen photos will be chosen for this second calendar printed by the nonprofit Trust. Photos must be black and white, and should represent charming homes and diverse architectural styles of Sanford. The chosen photos will be framed by the Trust and displayed in October at the Gallery on First, 211 E. 1st Street, Sanford during the month of October, 2015. Selected photographers will have the opportunity to sell the photos at the gallery during the exhibit. Here are a few other things to keep in mind: Contest runs April 1 ? June 30, 2015. Submission deadline is June 30, 2015. Each photographer may submit up to three black and white photos. Email entries to calendarcontest@sanfordhistorictrust.org Include location or address of each photo. Photographed homes must have a Sanford address in order to be considered. Horizontal images fit the calendar format better than vertical. Photos must be submitted electronically and be high resolution (at least 300 dpi on 8X10). The Orlando Camera Club is helping with the submission process and will select the winning photos. Winners will be notified by July 30th, 2015. Submitted images will remain the property of the photographers, but permission is granted to the Sanford Historic Trust to use them for the calendar and the Trust promotional purposes.
