2017 BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY
RECOGNITION DINNER
Presented by
Annually, the Greater Sanford Regional Chamber of Commerce recognizes and awards outstanding business leadership, along with businesses who have invested in capital and job growth in Sanford and vicinity, at our Business and Industry Recognition Dinner. Scheduled for Wednesday, October 25 we will also present our 2017 Lifetime Achievement Award.
The Chamber’s Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to an individual whose exceptional lifetime contributions to community leadership and philanthropic endeavors have improved the quality of life for the residents of Sanford, Seminole County and Central Florida. Our 2017 honoree, former Congressman John Mica, has spent many years as an elected state and federal leader and is a longtime local business person in real estate, telecommunications, government affairs and consulting.
The event attracts in excess of 300 business and community leaders from Sanford, Seminole, Orange and Volusia Counties. Sponsorship provides great visibility for business prior to and during the event while supporting these honorees, our community and the long term objectives of the Chamber.
