The City of Sanford, in conjunction with our consultant, Neel-Schaffer, will be hosting a public meeting to share ideas from our Multi-Modal Connectivity Plan currently underway. This project is being conducted under a Department of Economic Opportunity Technical Assistance Grant and is exploring the many modes of transportation to and within the City to ensure connectivity and efficiency. The public meeting will include an Open House format with a 5-minute presentation video and a chance to ride a transportation relay around town with a Lynx bus, the trolley, the Limo Cycle and the Lime Golf Cart Taxi. The entire trip takes less than 30 minutes and includes a pop-up alley transformation between Hollerbach’s Willow Tree Café and Jeanine Taylor Folk Art. Please come and “Get in the Sanford Mode”.
Stop #1 - City Hall - 300 N. Park Ave Sanford, FL
(special parking available for bikes and golf carts) Hop on the Lynx bus for a few blocks
Stop #2 - Walk through the alley
see the pop-up art by Jeanine Taylor Folk Art artists and have a treat from Hollerbach’s Willow Tree Cafe
Stop #3 - Hop on the Trolley at Magnolia Square and head to Marina Isle
Stop #4 - Marina Isle
Try out the Limo Cycle and/or ride the Lime golf cart taxi back to City Hall
